No, I provide receipts for psychotherapy services, which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

I will always work with long-term clients on a reduced fee schedule if they have had a change in their financial situation.

Determining the length of therapy is a collaborative process but I typically see clients weekly or biweekly until they have accomplished their therapeutic goals.

I conduct sessions solely via video or phone, so am not equipped to work with some concerns that would be better suited for in-person sessions.
